1. GENERAL TERMS
The Nail Lounge Gift Cards (“Gift Card”) are designed to bring the gift of pampering and relaxation to your loved ones. They may be redeemed for any nail artistry, spa treatments, or professional services available at our boutique location until the total remaining balance is fully utilized.
By purchasing, gifting, or using a The Nail Lounge Gift Card, you agree that the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, will govern these terms and conditions. All Gift Card transactions are subject to our standard salon Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. For physical cards requested via mail, please allow 2-3 business days for our team to carefully process the order in addition to your selected carrier shipping time.
2. RETURNS, LOST, OR STOLEN CARDS
Because our Gift Cards are treated like cash, they cannot be returned, refunded, or canceled once the purchase is completed. Ownership and the risk of loss pass to the purchaser immediately upon our confirmation email to the recipient.
To protect your peace of mind, The Nail Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. However, should your card become lost or damaged, our team will gladly issue a replacement for the remaining verified balance, provided you can present the original purchase receipt or the physical damaged card at our front desk.
3. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
To make your gifting experience seamless, The Nail Lounge Gift Cards can be purchased securely using any valid major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or via PayPal.
We want to ensure your gift arrives beautifully and on time; however, we cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery or undeliverable cards resulting from inaccurate or incomplete recipient addresses provided at the time of purchase.
4. LIMITATIONS
To maintain the security of our guests, Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred to a third party for market value, used to purchase other Gift Cards, or redeemed for cash, except in states where cash redemption is strictly required by law (such as California regulations for balances under $10). Any Gift Card will be considered void if it is altered, resold, or transferred for commercial value.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our Gift Cards are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Nail Lounge disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We always strive for digital perfection, but we do not warrant that our online purchasing platform will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. In the rare event that a Gift Card code or magnetic strip is non-functional due to a technical error, your sole remedy—and our sole liability—shall be the prompt replacement of that specific Gift Card with an equal balance.
